About the Job:

    The recruitment associate will be in charge in for end to end recruitment for the different requirements of the clients and the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source for different candidates for the requirements of the company.
  • Manages end to end recruitment.
  • Conducts initial interview (phone and face to face).
  • Update and maintain the Candidate database.
  • Conducts reference checks and background checks.
  • Manage and handle job orders from different clients
  • Coordinates with the applicants with regards to schedule of interviews.
  • Assists the recruitment team in day to day operations.
  • Post job advertisements using different channels.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and pre employment requirements for the successful applicants.
  • Generates reports.
Specific Duties:
  • On Recruitment & Selection. Directs & assures that properly qualified employees are recruited, hired and trained.
  • On Job Classification. Accurately develops job or position descriptions and placement, ensuring proper performance appraisal of the specified duties.
  • On Employee Relations. Ensures fair, positive and equitable treatment of all employees through compliance with government regulations, in house training programs. Promotes understanding and good relationship by opening the lines of communication between the management and employees thereby creating an atmosphere where employees can be happy and proud to belong to THFTA.
  • On Employee Discipline. Conducts investigation and prepares violation reports to employees with offense violated the Company code of discipline and likewise conducts counseling to prevent committing the same offense in the future.
  • On Employee Records. Creates and maintains forms and files to ensure adequate documentation for employment purposes.
  • On Compensation & Benefits. Develops, recommends and administers programs that are equitable and competitive which meet company objectives.
    Ensures & oversees compliance to all government mandated wages and benefits including reporting requirements.
    Develops, implements, administers & evaluates employee benefits program, including performance appraisal, health & life insurance.
  • Prepares and issues memoranda and circulars prescribing operating policies, rules and regulations in the implementation of company policies and measures approved and/or adopted by the Company.
  • Establishes & maintains effective relationships with government & private officials, non-government institutions, professional associations and the general public.
  • Formulates, recommends and implements procedural or policy changes if necessary.
  • Plans, organizes, directs & controls the work activities of the HR Department
Qualifications:
  • Education: College graduate preferably major in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology or any related course.
  • Experience: Preferably Five (5) to Six (6) years experience in the field of HR. Experience with IT recruitment is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a research about different companies and industries to look for potential clients.
  • Offer business partnership to potential clients by sending out emails and reaching out to them via phone calls and social media.
  • Assist the business development team in creating business proposals.
  • Manage and update client database.
  • Ensure all information about the leads are properly encoded in the database.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with potential clients to create more opportunities for the business development team.
  • Assist the business development team in scheduling teleconferences and meetings.
Qualifications:
  • A College Degree or a Vocational Certification
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (Both written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Able to handle and track multiple complex searches
  • Knowledge or experience in following technologies (Microsoft . NET, SQL, Oracle, SAP, Xamarin, Android, iOS, Etc.)
  • Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boardsm applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience for Entry, Supervisor, Managerial, and Executive IT positions
  • Technical Savvy, someone who adjusts and is knowledgeable and familiar in utilizing various sourcing strategies
  • Building pipeline through a variety of tools and resources in particular for critical skill positions
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ingeniux cms, microsoft net framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, Webservices, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, MS SQL Server
  • Experience in building global websites
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
