Job Responsibilities


  • Implement recruitment programs and initiatives ensuring effectiveness,
    consistency, and compliance with the overall  Recruitment strategy

  • To ensure the Hiring cycle is optimized and drive timely closure of
    all open requisitions

  • To deliver recruitment efficiencies as targeted

  • To ensure all potential candidates have a quality interaction with
    team members

  • To ensure all process norms are complied with

  • Serve as a source of  advice, consultation, and support for
    Hiring Managers in the areas of operations and support staffing

  • Track market developments on the availability of the required 
    skill sets

  • Provide feedback to Hiring Managers on the expectations of potential
    candidates

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing programs
    and outreach initiatives designed to attract prospective job applicants
    and to increase awareness and appreciation among the general community.

  • Responsible for effective utilization of all  recruitment
    initiatives including the Job Portals, comapny's career page, Employee
    referrals, consultants

  • Ensure the targeted mix is maintained for sourcing and selecting
    profiles from different channels

  • Ensure budgeted recruitment costs are not exceeded

  • Effectively utilize the Applicant tracking software to maintain a
    robust database of resumes and recruitment related MIS 

  • Capture all sourced profiles on the Applicant Tracking software

  • Proactively plan to improve on the effective utilization of the
    Applicant Tracking software

  • Update and communicate timely, all Recruitment metrics to relevant
    managers

  • Anchor all onboarding and relocation support for team members

  • Ensure smooth on boarding for all hires

  • Facilitate relocation of outstation team members and ensure a quality
    experience

  • To support implementation of  programs for embedding the culture
    and values of the organization amongst the employee team

  • To support the HR team in meeting departmental objectives

Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human
    Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

  • At least 8+ year(s) of working experience in the related field is
    required for this position

  • Candidate must have an in depth understanding and background in IT
    recruitment (specifically for PMO/Project Managers, Applications
    Developers hiring)

  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human
    Resources or equivalent

  • Candidate must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig and on
    mid-shift schedule
