Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries of home-based online English teachers based in the US via call, email, or chat
  • Assist teachers in resolving concerns related to their lessons, attendance, tools, and teaching materials
  • Monitor the performance of teachers and coach them if necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • 3 to 5 years BPO experience handling US accounts
  • Experience in handling inbound, outbound, email, AND chat support (multi-skilled) is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City

  • Must be willing to work on morning to mid-shift / weekends / holidays
