Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment related tasks
  • Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators in the US
  • Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
  • Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
  • Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
  • Report their tasks on a daily basis
  • Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Recruitment Processing Outsourcing
  • Amenable to work on a morning to mid-shift schedule
  • Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
