About the role
The Customer Service Consultant role is trained to resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact and make informed decisions
early in the call (adhering to be best practice procedures) to transfer customers to the appropriate Solutions group where
identified that the call may be a more complex type of enquiry.
Role Location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa Street, Makati City, Philippines
Shuttle Service provided for staff with pick up points in Libis & Cubao
Shift Schedule: Must be open to rotating and shifting schedules
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
- Experienced in customer service with up selling and cross-selling in a contact centre environment.
- Financial or banking experience preferred.
- Proven background in achieving and exceeding individual targets and ensuring accurate delivery of customer enquiries and instructions.
- Adherence to standards by following contact centre processes and guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of telephony/financial systems.
